Terms and Conditions

All Trading Activities are in Accordance with UK Law

VAT - All items are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Prices - Prices charged will be those ruling at date of dispatch. All goods subject to availability. Any products currently not ex-stock will be notified by e-mail.

Carriage - Deliveries are usually dispatched within 3 working days by courier. Orders over £100 (ex VAT) are carriage paid. All orders under £100 (ex VAT) will have a £3.95 (ex VAT) carriage charge automatically added to the order. All carriage charges apply to delivery within the United Kingdom only.  

For exceptionally heavy or large items we reserve the right to charge delivery at cost, subject to agreement with the customer prior to despatch.

Delivery charges for all orders outside the UK will be charged at cost.

Note that the delivery charge for all FOSSE and LUBETECH products may be the subject of negotiation between AcTecS and the customer due to the weight and size of the products.

Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and/or shortages must be noted on carriers delivery sheet immediately and notice in writing given to AcTecS Health & Safety within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Non Delivery - Claims for non delivery must be made in writing to AcTecS Limited within 3 days of date of dispatch shown on invoice.

Return of Goods - All goods to be returned must be authorised before return. No unauthorised returns will be accepted. To arrange a return please contact the AcTecS Health & Safety sales office on (01295) 255 650 ( Fax (01295) 255 059 ) or e-mail returns@actecs.co.uk. All goods returned, unless faulty or damaged in transit, will incur a 15% administration charge. Once authorised please return the goods to our distribution centre:
